Todd M. Binet
Todd Binet has over 25 years of business experience, ranging from merchant banking to executive positions with private and public companies. He is currently a Managing Director of Watermark Companies, a private equity firm, and also serves as Chairman of the Board of Abrado, an oil field services company. Mr. Binet has previously served as the CEO of Derricks, Masts & Structures, an oil field equipment company, and founded BVIG Financial and served as its CEO. BVIG Financial processed over $1 billion in financial transactions through a nationwide network of ATMs in the five years Mr. Binet served as CEO. He was the President and a Director of Telscape International, Inc., a partner in a middle market merchant banking firm and the Treasurer of Alamo Group, Inc., a New York Stock exchange listed company and a partner in Sage Partners Ltd., a middle market investment banking firm. Mr. Binet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Southern Methodist University with honors, a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a member of the Houston Chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
